Susan Snedaker, MBA, is a renowned healthcare IT executive,
consultant, and author with more than 15 years of
experience in the industry. Susan is a leading voice in
the world of healthcare IT and has helped numerous
organizations improve patient outcomes through innovative
IT solutions. As Chief Information Officer (CIO) for a
major Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system, and
previously, as Information Security Officer (ISO) for a
