500 _aMa. Frieda Z. Hapan is associate professor 3 and chair of the Department of Medical Technology, Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Santo Tomas, where she teaches Human Physiology and Anatomy, Microbiology-Parasitology, Human Histology with Cytogenetics, and Medical Technology Laws and Bioethics. She also acts as thesis adviser to medical technology majors as well as conducts seminar courses for them. She obtained her BS and MS in medical technology and her doctorate in educational management (summa cum laude) from UST. Her research articles on the mindsets of Filipino medical technology deans have been published in ISI journals.
500 _aJocelyn D. Domingo teaches Human Physiology and Anatomy, Human Histology with Cytogenetics, and Serology and Immunology at UST, where she is an associate professor and the assistant dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy. She finished her BS in medical technology from UST and her master's degree in medical and pharmaceutical research from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels in Belgium, where she graduated with distinction. She was chair of the Department of Medical Technology of UST for 10 years. Her field of interest are microbiology, parasitology, and immunohistochemistry; and her research articles have been published in reputable journals. She was the recipient of the Crisanto G. Almario Memorial Award for her research studies in immunohistochemistry in 2000.
500 _aMa. Gina M. Sadang is an assistant professor at UST's Department of Medical Technology, where she teaches Human Anatomy and Physiology, Microbiology-Parasitology, Medical Technology Education, and Hematology. She obtained her BS in medical technology from UST and passed the licensure examination in 1982. prior to teaching, she worked from 1983 to 1989 at the UST Hospital as a medical technologist. She is presently pursuing her master's degree at UST.
