Ma. Joycelyn A. Go-Monilla is a practitioner, consultant, and professor of psychology. She earned her Doctor of Education in Educational Administration and Leadership degree from the University of the East in 2010, and her Master of Arts in General Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology degrees from Far Eastern University. She is a registered psychologist and certified specialist in industrial/organizational (I/O) and educational psychology. Prior to entering the teaching profession, she worked as a human resource management officer and psychologist in both public and private institutions. Her more than 25 years as a practicing psychologist provided her with the skills and competencies in human resource management, teaching, and research. She is an active member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP) and the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP).
